Denver Radio Talk Host Suggests Nuking Mecca

Kristina Cook hosts Grassroots Radio Colorado on KLZ 560AM in Denver. The show runs from 5-7 pm Denver time every weeknight.

Yesterday, she suggested that we nuke Mecca. The podcast can be found here. The “nuke Mecca” business comes just after the 12:00 mark.

Is there no end to the War Party’s bloodlust?

Jesus had another way to “deal with” Islam – Matthew 28:18-20. My guess is that more politically active American Christians form their worldview through talk radio than through the examples and teachings of Jesus Christ.

9/11: Yes I Do Buy the Official Story

This PROVES that the official story is true!

Not by Doug Newman, but I wish it was.

What the establishment tells us about 9/11, as compiled by the Corbett Report.

I TOTALLY BELIEVE THE OFFICIAL STORY. THIS CONVINCES ME THAT IT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE!

Warning: potty word at 4:25.

9/11: Even If the Official Story Is True, the Official Response Is Still Wrong

You don’t need to be a “truther” to know the official response is EXTREMELY messed up!

I am going to assume, for the sake of this article, that 9/11 happened exactly according to the official story. Even if this story is entirely true, the official response has still been totally wrong, as have been the oft-repeated clichés of those who believe the official story.

Some examples:

1.     The terrorists hate us for our freedom. Even in 2001, America had the world’s highest incarceration rate. Were we that free? They far more likely hate us for our invasions, occupations, coups, bombings, sanctions and the resulting deaths. You reap what you sow. And when you throw your weight around militarily the way America does, it is inevitable…

9/11: Why I Don’t Buy the Official Story

I don’t know exactly what happened on that horrible day. However, this does not prove the official story. There are just way too many holes in it for me to believe.
You need to question ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING your government tells you!!!

“In war, the first casualty is the truth.”
Aeschylus, Greek dramatist, 525-456 B.C.

Where were you on the morning of September 11, 2001 when you heard The News?

I was finishing breakfast and listening to Peter Boyles on KHOW 630 in Denver.  I vividly remember him interrupting the conversation and saying something like “We have just received word that an airplane has crashed into one of the World Trade Center towers in New York.”

I turned on the TV set and saw a massive cloud of black smoke emanating from near the top of the first tower. And then – WHAM! – the second tower was hit. I couldn’t pull myself away…

“Get a Warrant!”

The poorest man may, in his cottage, bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail, its roof may shake; the wind may blow though it; the storm may enter; the rain may enter; but the King of England may not enter; all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement. — William Pitt

Terrorism and Islam: Fascinating Stats

By Doug Newman – email me – follow me on Facebook.

You are far more likely to die from many things other than terrorism.

Most terrorists are not Muslims.

The Left wants us to freak out over global warming and racism.

The Right wants us to freak out over drugs and terrorism.

Won’t Get Fooled Again

The warfare state is just like the welfare state: its survival depends on the unquestioning loyalty of millions of people.

How many wars has America fought? And how many of them had to do with liberty?

And, no, we didn’t “need a war” to end slavery.

Ferguson: If It Were Only About Race

By Doug Newman – email me

This is my response to someone on Facebook who blamed the Ferguson riots on black hopelessness.

“So who are they venting their rage against: rich white people in the suburbs or other blacks in the ghetto? And why were they not storming police HQ right from the get go? After all, it was a cop, and not some shopkeeper, who shot Michael Brown. And if social injustice – which very much exists in America – is to blame, why are there not constant riots in places like Detroit, Camden, and Compton? And this is not the first episode of white police brutality against black people. And something like 99+% of black folks in Ferguson and the surrounding areas did not partake in any of the looting. And why could the cops not arrest any looters last week, but all of a sudden impose what might as well be called martial law? And why were the people who were actually defending the shops other black people from the neighborhood?”
