Here we go….

We inform our sheriffs that we are aware and fully understand that this governor has far surpassed his authority and has completely demolished our willingness to continue to allow our Consent to be abused. Our lives are being destroyed, families are loosing everything; some are fleeing the state while they can! We do hereby Declare our Withdrawn Consent. We refuse to be governed by a tyrant.

Effective immediately, we refuse these Unconstitutional and therefore illegal executive orders and mandates. We recognize the Governor is lying and even enforcing Dangerous mask wearing. There have been deaths and injury from exercising and wearing masks. Telling citizens they must exercise in public facilities with masks is to FORCE them to risk their lives.

There is no authority given to the governor to force people to risk their health and life if they want to exercise their freedom to work out at the gym.

We will not bend. We will not give up our Right of Conscience and the freedom to think for ourselves.

There is no authority given to the governor that enables him to forcefully revoke our rights; rights that are God given; rights that NO elected representative has any power to take from us – EVER.

There is no authority given to the governor that enables him to bribe businesses with threats and penalties. That is force and force is unconstitutional; he does NOT have Consent from the people to be governed in such a manner.

There is no authority given to the governor to force families to such extreme harsh financial crisis, that they find themselves suddenly poverty stricken, unable to buy food to feed their families or pay bills. We have sacrificed enough and are no longer willing to entertain this agenda driven, Political Game being played in our lives. We cannot afford it and we say Enough! We are not pawns in this political chess game.

There is no authority given to the governor to abuse his power and abuse us in our lives; some of us are fighting to survive. The governor does NOT have our consent to punish and penalize us for trying to take care of ourselves and our families. He has never had consent to enforce these mandates and especially NOT this most recent one.

We find that Governor Jarod Polis has broken his social compact with the voters of Colorado; we rightfully and expeditiously Declare with our Sovereign voice, our consent is withdrawn and we will not comply with his criminal orders. We will not consent to a governor who thinks calling us “selfish bastards” is acceptable. He has diminished our needs, has minimized operations across this state that are vital and important. To refer to us as such, as we are battling to survive, he demands us to sacrifice more. The social effects of his disdain and clear disrespect for us as human beings is magnanimous. It will prompt further radical aggression towards us, possibly endangering our lives should someone call in BLM or Antifa .

The moment Jarod Polis threatened and began to punish and condemn the free people of Colorado, he became a Tyrant. We stand firmly upon the Declaration of Independence, and accept our rightful duty to throw off tyranny.

We find the Governor to have broken the laws of our land, and refuse to be governed by his criminal actions, laws and mandates. We are invoking our Sovereign right to refuse tyrannical rule.

We call upon our Sheriffs, whom we elect as our protectors of our Constitutional rights. We stand with you and we ask you to stand with us. It is time to shut this corruption down and return the rule of law to our state.
